The team at AtWork is committed to making the hiring process and straightforward and simple as possible. When you choose to work with AtWork, you’ll go through the following steps:
Submit your application using our job board, or by stopping in to your closest AtWork Personnel office. A member of the AtWork recruiting team will review your information. If you meet our hiring criteria we will contact you to continue through the process.
If you are invited in for an appointment, your recruiter will conduct a one-on-one interview to assess your interests, experience, career goals and work preferences. During the interview, they will review your work history and identify opportunities that may be right for you.
Once you are hired, you will receive a manual containing AtWork Personnel employee information and policies & procedures. You will also receive orientation in areas such as Safety and Health and our Work Place Harassment policy.
4. Paperwork and ID Documents
You will be asked to complete State and Federal Tax forms, as well as the I9 form. When completing the I9, you are required to supply two forms of acceptable identification.
5. Reference Checks / Background Check / Drug Screen
We will contact previous employers to verify dates of employment and work performance. We also conduct criminal background checks for disqualifying convictions.
